There is a magical attraction to Burrito Exquisito that people from the Canadian to Mexican border experience when traveling through this stretch of northern California. This organic "Mom & Pop" legacy opened in 1994 with Tom Girdauskas and his "Team Burrito Extreme" and was totally dedicated to serving all natural organic produce at their tiny oasis.

Well times change and so do owners. Good news! Cat Lee's Burrito Exquito has been completely transformed and is better than ever with burritos, taco salads, nachos, quesadillas, soft tacos, smoothies and cookies as well as fair trade organic coffee, free range organic "Rosie" chickens are delicious. Try the "LIQUID LOVE" coffee drinks, smoothies and much more . . . There are raw and vegan meals and drinks. There is also the rippin raw wrap, fiesta potatoes, chicken or vegan chili, homemade Hippie granola and rice bowls. Prices are reasonable and the organic faire delicious. The "dog friendlyÓ garden patio is a big plus - especially when the flowers are in bloom.

Tom's dream was to create a all-organic cafe and garden for kids and adults - Cat carries on the tradition by stating, "Just about everything we serve is made from all organic ingredients, all the time! We support local businesses and farms as much as possible by buying our ingredients and products from sources as close to home as we can find. Yes we recycle and compost." Open daily from 7am-10pm.
