Mario Ramo's Mexico Lindo is a breath of fresh air as Mexican restaurants go in Western Sonoma County. No stranger to providing a festive dining environment, Mario invites you to enjoy the South of the Border cuisine he and his son Benjamin and authentic team of Mexican chefs serve.
Shortly after sunrise at 9am the coffee is brewing and guests are feasting on platters of huevos a la Mexicana (scrambled eggs with Mexican sauce and bell or serrano pepper), huevos rancheros, machaca (scrambled eggs with shredded "machaca" beef), and the popular breakfast burrito. Tortilla chips are made fresh daily and served with fresh made salsa and guacamole. For lunch or dinner try the chile relleno which is made with the delicious Pasilla chile and filled with cheese, coated with light batter and served with rice, beans and tortillas. Also served are flautas, enchiladas, tamales, burritos, chimichanga, quesadillas with or without chicken, tostadas and tortilla soup. Combination plates are from $8.95. Mexican and America beers, sangria, wine margaritas, lemonade, penafiel, soda, coffee and tea satisfy your thirst. Mexico Lindo is open daily from 9am to 9pm.
